We have set up for a seasonal field grow and indoor grow in our facility and any berries that are not marketed for either wholesale opportunities or retail offers will be used in the processing of our brand name Jams.
Our Proposal
We are offering Convertible notes for term of 1 year at 10% interest.
At the end of the year you can convert the note and its interest into common shares.
Each common share will be valued at $1.50 cdn per share.
Common shares will earn yearly guaranteed dividends of 10%.
